So I'm back to work and boy is it busy at work - typical week before school starts and I'm glad I packed the protein, but felt today that I didn't do as well as I could have. This is just me being honest because I could of done better at snacking and drinking. I hate when I get so busy that I forget to sip sip sip and I always don't eat. Grrr I get so mad at myself when I do this because I feel lethargic and blah. So instead of feeling bad on myself and berating myself I'm going to learn and make changes tomorrow.
Tomorrow there will be more protein on hand and conscious effort (appointments in my calendar already) to drink or eat a snack and even some liquid too. I have to be more conscious and I can't let me not get it in. It is my goal to be on my track to good RH health and though this was a mini set back at least I didn't eat anything bad. I even turned down pressed cookies!!!!!
