I often feel that I live on a teeter totter. When one things gets fixed the other side becomes unraveled. That is how I am feeling pretty much about everything right now. On the one had work is great. On the other hand I'm frustrated with work too. I'm eating ok with portion sizes, but on the other hand I've also watched myself snack. I've lost over 110+ lbs but I'm stuck between 188-190. I'm teeter tottering and feeling blah. I'm not moving forward I'm not moving backward i'm just here in this in between stuck. I hate that!
