Staying on Track at Work

I was talking to my nail "therapist" yesterday as I sat and went trendy on my nail color. You learn alot about people and you can share alot about yourself when you are getting your nails done. It is one of my favorite things that I do for myself and it is something I've been doing for me since 2007. Me time = mani and pedicures in the summer! Love it! But I digress...my nail lady asked me yesterday with my WLS how I stay on track with eating at work?

I thought it would be a great topic for a blog post and something to share with you. Everyone is different, but I have found that all post ops do try to make it as easy as possible to stay on track at work. This is how I do it:

1. Pack my lunch and snacks to stay on track. Block temptation and have items that you can eat!

 
2. Keep liquids you can drink handy. Sip sip sip is the theme for the day!
 
 
 3. Make sure your supplements (with extras) are at work with you. If they are convenient - you'll take them...and always have back ups because we are human and forget!


4. Post a reminder to help inspire you...even at work!

 
5. Track yourself - food, drink, and movement. For me I use my fit bit!

And never ever forget to do this - EVERYDAY!
