I’ve posted a lot over the last 21 months about body image, but even today my body image is constantly changing. On a scale of 1 to 10 my body image scale can fluctuate like any woman, but add in WLS and my scale seems to take a different toll on my psyche than even I expected. It has been quite the ride and I’m still learning about my Body Image even today. I thought I would put out pictures today where I feel like I have great Body Image…pictures where I feel proud to have lost the weight and feeling good about this body. Ironically there aren’t many pictures that I have when I feel bad about my Body Image. I think that talks a lot about how each of us may view ourselves. Here are some of the pictures that make me feel great and how I feel and realize I’ve got a positive Body Image. Tomorrow…negative Body Image and what I learned from the OAC conference.
