I got my monthly fitbit report and it stated I walked 50 miles in the last month. Me...Melissa...former fat girl walked 50 miles! I was shocked, but then I look how it broke everything down and I walked enough steps and covered enough area to walk 50 miles...ME?!?!
My brain is still not catching up quickly enough to realize that I'm doing that much work with being active and I am mentally fighting with wanting to do more, work out more, be smaller, compare myself to others and be in smaller size clothes, buy smaller tops etc. It is kind of frustrating because I need to know that being safe with my RH and monitoring food is also important not just what size I am and how much I weigh?
